Chef Esra Muslu has made a successful career leading well-known restaurants like Soho House, Ottolenghi and Auf. She chose to work with Thinker&Tailor for the brand identity and packaging designs for Zahter, her own restaurant in London. Esra aims to represent the unique tastes of Istanbulite cuisine on Soho’s Carnaby Street and we, through our branding, aimed to represent her vision born out of our home town Istanbul. We took certain visual cues from classical Istanbul cuisine and applied them to a clean-cut branding that would feel at home in any city.
